Blenheim Palace has launched an employee benefits platform for its 320 members of staff, in order to create a more engaging and seamless employee benefits experience.
More than 30 benefits have been categorised into the platform's Green Benefits, Working at Blenheim and Pye, Wellbeing Offers and Perks and Rewards sections. These include bikes, Tusker, lift share, discounts, Motorsave, technology, e-cards, dental, health cash plans, yoga, social events and online training courses.
Staff can also get discounts at the palace and other locations across the Oxford area, such as local massage parlours.
According to senior leadership at Blenheim Palace, who worked with benefits provider Caboodle on the platform, the Green Benefits section and the bike and Tusker Electric Vehicle schemes were implemented in order to assist employees financially as well as help to reduce carbon emissions.
The decision to launch the platform was made in order to help the businesses more effectively communicate its existing benefits and rewards with employees that were not office-based, as well as creating one place to showcase all the benefits already on offer.
Blenheim Palace's aim was to improve employee engagement and the user experience, increase exposure of benefits to all staff, receive positive feedback internally, and showcase green benefits, all while making it simple for employees to browse all available benefits and rewards.
Megan Carter, head of HR at Blenheim Palace, said: “The Benefits Place was launched this week and the whole process has been so much fun, a high percentage of staff have logged in already. We worked together very closely with Caboodle who looked after us every step of the way with great professionalism.
“I have been given feedback on how informative and fun the platform is and how bespoke to us it feels. Staff love the great deals and are excited about using the platform to make use of the great offers and discounts.”
