Management consulting firm Bain and Company, technology business Nvidia and software employer ServiceNow have been named as some of the best places to work in the US for 2024 by job website Glassdoor.
The annual Glassdoor list is based on reviews and feedback from employees on their jobs, work environment and workplace attributes, such as compensation, culture and values, senior management, and work-life balance.
Bain and Company has earned the number one ranking six times and has ranked in the top four since Glassdoor started the list in 2008.
Employees mentioned the firm’s unique culture and investment in its workforce in their Glassdoor reviews. They also praised its dedication to inclusion, its high-performing, collaborative teams, the challenging and rewarding work, overall camaraderie, supportive and collaborative environment, extensive training programmes, opportunities to work on high-impact projects, and a sense of community and belonging.
