Publishing group Informa, computer hardware firm Arm and communications organisation Telent have been named as some of the Best Places to Work in the UK in 2025.
Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice Awards list is based on voluntary employee reviews, providing feedback on its website about their job, work environment and organisation over the past year. Employers that make the list have been recognised for their strong employee culture, quality of leadership and employee support.
Informa was ranked in third place due to its 4.5/5 score. It was recognised due to its comprehensive investment in its benefits package, which includes free shares when investing through its ShareMatch programme, flexible working, the opportunity to work anywhere in the world for up to four weeks per year, a day off for employees’ birthdays, four volunteering days per year, employer-funded private medical insurance, and an employee assistance programme.
Meanwhile, Telent ranked ninth out of 50 employers, with its positive working environment receiving particular praise.
