Charity Trident Reach has launched a touch-screen kiosk to help employees access financial and wellbeing benefits.
The kiosks provide staff with access to a range of products and services, such as healthcare policies and discounts from health insurer and employee benefits provider BHSF, as well as existing savings accounts with Citysave Credit Union.
The kiosks were previously piloted at several Birmingham City Council locations and have also been launched by a number of other organisations across the West Midlands.
Fredrick Duncan, who runs Trident Reach’s homeless service hub in central Birmingham, said he expects the scheme to help employees navigate a difficult financial landscape.
He added: “The kiosks are available 24/7, helping people who would not normally have access to a computer, or have time to visit a branch to manage day-to-day financial matters.”
Brian Hall, sales and marketing director at BHSF, added: “We have been developing services to insulate the household from financial shocks for many years, and working with Citysave allows us to offer an integrated service.
“These kiosks provide a high-impact, low-cost way to help employees manage and maximise their money.”
