A sports betting services provider has hired Iain Willetts as reward consultant.
In his new role, Willetts will work to develop a global reward strategy in order to support the organisation's global business.
Willetts has experience in developing reward capability and infrastructure, pay structures, employee benefits and communications. He has previously worked as interim reward director and consultant at Oaklea Consultancy, interim reward director at Engie UK and Ireland, and interim reward lead at Yorkshire Building Society Group.
