
Clear Group has appointed Barbara Duffy as its new group chief people and performance officer, effective 8 September.
In her new role, Duffy will lead the group’s people and organisational development strategy, ensuring it continues to attract, develop and retain top talent. This will be to enable the delivery of its performance objectives and growth plans.
Duffy joins with more than two decades of senior leadership experience in human resources, transformation and organisational strategy. Most recently, she served as global chief people officer at UK fintech IG Group, where she led its people, sustainability and communications functions and delivered significant enterprise-wide change.
Prior to this, she held a number of group HR director and senior executive roles, including St. James’s Place Wealth Management RWE Group, Nationwide Building Society and Centrica. Duffy has experience in scaling businesses into new territories in complex, regulated environments and building new capabilities.
