Facilities management and transformation firm Mitie has appointed Kathryn Dolan as its new chief people officer, joining the group executive team to deliver its people strategy.

In her role, Dolan will lead and evolve all aspects of the firm’s people and culture strategy across its 72,000 strong workforce, drawing on her experience of digital and business transformation, employee engagement, talent acquisition and development, reward and inclusion, equity and diversity.

Her focus will be on ensuring an environment where every Mitie employee can perform and thrive, while continuing to cultivate its inclusive work culture.

Dolan’s career spans global multinational organisations across the technology, automotive and professional services sectors. Her most recent role was group chief HR officer for Bureau Veritas, a global testing, inspection and certification firm based in Paris.

Dolan said: “I am delighted to join Mitie, at such an exciting and transformative period for the organisation.
