UKG has appointed Beth Conway as its new chief people officer as of today (24 March).
Reporting to chief executive officer Jennifer Morgan, Conway will play a role in the firm’s growth and global expansion efforts by driving operational excellence across human resources. This will include leading talent acquisition, total rewards, people operations and employee relations.
With more than 25 years of HR experience, Conway has focused on creating people-centric organisational cultures across the globe. She has led transformational HR technology initiatives, designed and executed talent acquisition and retention strategies, and has experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, and providing environmental, social, and governance guidance.
Most recently, Conway served as executive vice president and chief people and places officer at AI market firm Nuance Communications, where she guided it through a hypergrowth phase. Conway led a global HR organisation across 25 countries, managed a culture transformation to meet strategic business goals, steered corporate social responsibility efforts, and led it to become an award-winning employer of choice.
Conway had a 19-year career at enterprise management software engineering organisation CA Technologies, where she designed and executed a talent strategy that aligned people with the right opportunities at the right time, to advance organisational goals. She also established a data-driven decision environment leveraging people analytics and led a culture transformation that delivered exceptional employee and customer experiences.
