Health insurance provider Bupa and workplace health and wellbeing provider Health Assured have been shortlisted in the Best supplier to work for category at the Employee Benefits Awards 2025.
This award was created to recognise an organisation that uses its benefits package to position itself as an attractive employer beyond offering its own products and services to its workforce. It is only open to internal HR teams of employee benefits providers, suppliers, advisers and consultants.
The full category shortlist is:
- Barnett Waddingham
- Benifex
- BHN
- Bluecrest Wellness
- Bupa
- Health Assured
- Octopus Electric Vehicles
- Reward Gateway | Edenred
- The Electric Car Scheme
- XPS
In 2024, Vivup won the award for the second consecutive year. This was due to its multi-generational benefits strategy that puts the preventative and proactive wellbeing of its people first, including a variety of financial and family care benefits, recognition and social initiatives, and wellbeing support. It was also recognised for its Your Vivup Wellbeing Day event, which celebrates wellbeing and enables staff to rest and recharge.
A Vivup spokesperson said: “This award is for our people and for the culture that we have in our business which is phenomenal. We have to be leading the way so we have to have the very best culture and the very best benefits, and it’s a real privilege to work in a business that is about that.”
The Employee Benefits Awards, now in its 23rd year, recognises those driving excellence through their reward and benefits strategies. The daytime event, which will be held at the Honourable Artillery Company, London on Friday 27 June, will include a drinks reception, three-course meal, entertainment and the chance to network with industry professionals.
