The winners of the 23rd annual Employee Benefits Awards will be unveiled today (Friday 27 June).
The Employee Benefits Awards 2025 is a must-attend event for those in the reward, benefits and HR industry. Comedian Maisie Adam will host the ceremony, which acknowledges and celebrates innovative HR, reward and benefits strategies, supportive teams and outstanding individuals in the industry over the past year.
Lidl GB, Central Co-op, Lloyds Banking Group, Superdrug and UK Power Networks are just some of the employers shortlisted for recognition at this year’s event, which will be held once again at the Honourable Artillery Company in London.
There are 21 categories this year, which cover a range of topics such as Best benefits to support reproductive health, Best benefits to support diversity, equity and inclusion, and Best motivation or recognition scheme. Other categories include Best public sector benefits, Best flexible benefits plan, and Best benefits to support work-life balance.
The recipient of this year’s prestigious Grand Prix award will also be announced during the ceremony. This award is given to the category winner that most impressed the judges with its overall achievements. Last year, this was awarded to Co-op (team pictured above), for its success in improving its employees’ financial wellbeing.
The daytime event will include a drinks reception, three-course lunch and an exciting after-party that will include music, dodgems, a carousel and big wheel in the venue’s private grounds. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with industry professionals, peers and colleagues.
