After over 20 years’ of generalist HR experience, Ashleigh Duncan has moved to The Mansfield Group, which is part of Bidvest Logistics.
Her responsibilities include managing employee absence and performance, updating contract and updating HR policies.
Before being hired by the Mansfield Group, Duncan worked at UPS Supply Chain Solutions as an HR and benefits specialist from May 2015 until January 2016, and as an HR and benefits advisor at Serco between October 2010 and May 2015.
