Employee Benefits’ webinar, How to design an inclusive car salary sacrifice scheme, in association with Tusker, will be broadcast live at 11am on Tuesday 12 May.
Attendees will be able to hear Debbie Lovewell-Tuck, editor of Employee Benefits, and a panel of experts discuss the challenges around inclusivity that employers could encounter when offering a car salary sacrifice arrangement, and what they could consider when designing a car salary sacrifice scheme in order to overcome these.
During the webinar, the panel will also discuss what education should be given to employees around a car salary sacrifice scheme, how employers can ensure staff understand the commitment involved in participating in a scheme, how they can boost staff engagement with, and maximise take up of, a car benefit, and ensure schemes are more inclusive of ESG requirements.
It will also explore what employers need to consider around EV charging options, how they can make scheme sign up accessible to all employees, the messaging they should consider if employees are not eligible to join a car salary sacrifice scheme, and how often they should review their scheme and what they should be looking at when they do so.
