Property developer, Redrow has introduced a voluntary benefits scheme.
The plan, entitled Redrow Plus, includes a range of high street discounts on travel, health and leisure, food and entertainment, as well as motoring.
Staff will be able to gain points each time they make an online purchase at over 1,800 retailers and service providers including Marks and Spencer, John Lewis and PC World, that can then be redeemed as cash back. Employees will also receive a £5 welcome bonus, regular offers and prize draws.
Redrow is also to offer childcare vouchers for staff.
The scheme, which is provided by P&MM, will be communicated online and through a branded brochure.
Heather Bowness, group human resources manager at Redrow, said:"We wanted to give our employees access to a wide range of discounts that covered many needs and interests and required a scheme that was flexible enough to meet our requirements.
"The addition of childcare vouchers was in response to our staff feedback on the previous benefits programme. By expanding our range of benefits to incorporate all that Redrow Plus has to offer. our aim is that employees will feel that they are really getting something extra by working for Redrow. We see this as assisting with recruitment and retention in what is a highly-competitive sector."
