Circus PPC has introduced a new fully-paid family leave benefit for staff, regardless of gender or parental role.

The pay-per-click (PPC) agency’s new package, launched with Access HR, includes 26 weeks of fully-paid leave, 10 days paid fertility leave per cycle, which covers up to three cycles in any 12-month rolling period, and enhanced parental bereavement and pregnancy loss leave, both of which give employees four weeks fully-paid leave.

Employees are also offered a flexible start on their return to work whereby they are allowed to work 80% of their regular hours for 100% for their first four weeks back at work.

Circus PPC also offers its employees a benefits package that includes 33 days holiday, including bank holidays, a work-from-anywhere policy, performance-based bonuses, and early-finish Fridays.
