Pensions and investment advisory firm Isio has announced the appointment of Claire Head as its first chief people officer.
Formerly the people director and deputy chief HR officer at Santander UK, Head has nearly 25 years’ experience in HR. She has previously held positions at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Fortis Bank and also Royal Bank of Scotland, where she was head of HR.
In her new role, Head will be responsible for driving Isio’s entire people agenda, where she will lead the HR function and partner with the business to design and implement strategies that support Isio’s growth plans.
Commenting on the new appointment, Andrew Coles, CEO, Isio, said: “Claire’s HR experience and attitude to developing an enviable workplace culture really appealed to us.”
