My Family Care has launched a new section within its online Work and Family Space, which is designed to help fathers stay engaged with their workplaces, while dealing with family life.

Branded Just for Fathers, the section of its website, which was developed in partnership with the Fatherhood Institute, is aimed at giving working fathers information about coping with pregnancy, babies, childcare, relationships, and the role that fathers play in child development.

Ben Black, director at My Family Care, said: “There will never be equality in the workplace, until there is equality at home.

“Just for Fathers is a great way for employers to include dads in the diversity debate. It’s also very refreshing to do something that pushes the gender agenda forward that doesn’t only focus on women.”
