Enterprise continuous testing firm Tricentis has appointed Jen Lucas (pictured) as chief people officer.
Lucas will be responsible for leading the global people team, and will join the organisation’s executive leadership team, which recently saw chief legal officer and general counsel Amanda Borichevsky and chief marketing officer Darren Beck begin their roles.
She joins the business from Frontdoor, where she served as senior vice president and chief people and communications officer for its 2,200 employees. She has also held executive leadership roles at SolarWinds, Raytheon Technologies and KB Home.
Lucas said: “Tricentis presents an exciting opportunity for our employees to build and shape the business and grow as individuals and professionals. We are committed to our people’s success and recognise their critical importance in serving customers and growing the organisation. I’m excited to join Tricentis and be a part of the transformative work underway.”
Kevin Thompson, chairman and chief executive officer of Tricentis, added: “As we continue to build out a world-class organisation and solidify Tricentis as a great place to work, we’re thrilled to welcome Jen to the team. Jen’s leadership experience empowering talent to transform businesses and achieve outcomes will be instrumental to driving the success and growth of Tricentis around the world.”
