Mr Digital Bali trip

Digital marketing agency Mr Digital has rewarded its 15 UK and India-based employees with a trip to Bali to celebrate their success and loyalty.

The entire team, regardless of their role and seniority, flew to Bali to celebrate their hard work, achievements and each other.

Known as its success rally, the trip is the agency’s annual global retreat and is part of its commitment to nurturing a strong, cohesive team and an investment in their wellbeing and camaraderie. It provides an opportunity for face-to-face connection, and helps to strengthen relationships and build a sense of belonging among employees.

Mr Digital’s employee turnover rate is less than 5%, below the UK's average of 15%.

According to the agency, for many of its employees, the trip marked their first time travelling by plane, their first encounter with the sea and their first taste of luxury. It wanted to remind its staff of its commitment to them and to ensure that success is shared, celebrated and experienced by all.
