HR, reward and benefits professionals who want to win a table at the Employee Benefits Awards 2023 and receive the early bird entry rate only have two days left to submit their entries.

Those who submit their entries by the end of Friday 6 January will receive an automatic entry into the draw to win a table for 10 at the awards ceremony on Friday 23 June 2023 at the HAC London. The early bird entry rate, which will also end on Friday, is £190 plus VAT.

The Employee Benefits Awards recognise excellence in the reward, benefits and HR community and celebrates the organisations, teams and individuals that have made a significant difference through their reward and benefits strategies.

Now in its 21st year, the awards acknowledge all that has been achieved during 2022 across 23 categories, including pensions, mental health, motivational benefits and financial wellbeing. This year also sees three new categories introduced to reflect the evolution of employee benefits: Best public sector benefits, Best benefits to support reproductive health, and Best benefits to support hybrid working.

Other categories celebrate best practice in healthcare, flexible benefits, benefits to support diversity, equity and inclusion and benefits communication.

The awards also include Best supplier to work for, and the Grand Prix, which recognises the standout entry among the winners. The prize, awarded to the University of Lincoln last year, is presented to the organisation that has most impressed judges with its overall achievements.

The ceremony also includes individual awards. Benefits professional of the year recognises a trailblazer who people turn to for guidance and inspiration, and who is considered a must-attend speaker at events. The Rising star, meanwhile, celebrates an HR professional who has been in the industry no more than five years, but who has already had a considerable impact on the HR and business strategies of their organisation.
