Aldi, BBC Studios and Huler named Inspiring Workplaces for EMEA

Supermarket Aldi, media business BBC Studios and software firm Huler have been listed in Inspiring Workplaces Group’s Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces for EMEA in 2023.

The awards recognise employers which have created an inspiring workplace culture across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Entrants were assessed against six elements: culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion and diversity, communication, and employee experience.

The ceremony took place on 11 May at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, where All Saints, BP, King’s College Hospital and M and C Saatchi Sport and Entertainment were also announced to as part of the top 50.

The top five employers in the government and non-profit category were:

The top five small businesses (up to 49 employees) were:

1. British Society for Rheumatology

The top five medium businesses (from 50 to 499 employees) were:

1. Financial Services Compensation Scheme
2. Huler
3. Xalient
4. M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment
5. BAT

The top five large businesses (from 500 to 4,999 employees) were:

1. Reward Gateway
2. PagerDuty
3. Travelport
4. Diligent
5. Innovecs

The top five enterprise businesses (5000-plus employees) were:

1. Rackspace Technology
2. The Phoenix Group
3. Concentrix
4. Aldi
5. Etisalat Egypt by e&
