Engagement operating system Intercom has added L. David Kingsley (pictured) as its first chief people officer across its operating cities of Dublin, London, Chicago, San Francisco and Sydney.
According to Intercom, which focuses on innovation and delivering breakthrough value to customers, its mission is to make internet business personal and implement values that guide the way its people work, interact with each other, make decisions and turn decisions into action.
Kinsgley will lead the firm’s global people organisation, including talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, HR business partners, total rewards, diversity, equity and inclusion, and real estate and workplace experience.
Previously chief people officer at Alteryx, Kingsley has more than 20 years of experience developing values-driven people programmes. Prior to Alteryx, he was chief people officer at Vlocity and held senior leadership roles at Mulesoft, Salesforce and Accenture.
