Business campus Chiswick Park has announced its Spring in the Park 2020 programme, which will run for the 10,000 employees of organisations based the West-London site.
The programme, running from Thursday 27 February to Thursday 30 April, will provide a number of experiences ranging from food markets to speaker events, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
The event, entering its 20th year, will launch with an urban food festival, followed by Chiswick Park Talks on Thursday 12 March, led by guest speaker Professor Brian Cox OBE. Cox will lead a session on astrology and cosmology, centring on the question 'why are we here?'.
Other activities throughout Spring in the Park include a clothes swap on Wednesday 25 March, in partnership with The Hunger Project UK. Employees based at Chiswick Park will have the opportunity to do speed networking on Thursday 2 April, in partnership with Chiswick School. On Friday 3 April, Walk to Work Day, there will be a wellbeing focus, while employees will have the opportunity to celebrate World Earth Day on Wednesday 22 April. The Urban Food Fest will return on 30 April to close the event.
‘Spring in the Park’ precedes the site's summer programme, which will start in May and continue until September 2020.
Organisations with employees based at Chiswick Park include Discover, Paramount Pictures and Starbucks.
