Mercer has acquired a compensation and benefits survey data and reward information provider.
Global Remuneration Solutions (GRS), which is headquartered in South Africa, conducts compensation and benefits surveys in 36 countries across sub-Saharan Africa and provides reward and mobility products and consulting to local and international organisations operating in Africa.
Gaurav D. Garg (pictured), Mercer’s regional president of growth markets, said: “Africa is an important and expanding market for Mercer and the acquisition of GRS is tangible evidence of our commitment to invest in the continent.
“Specifically, within the continent, South Africa is a key market growth area for Mercer.”
