Global marketing agency Incubeta has appointed Lindsay Shirley chief people officer.
In this role, Shirley will oversee all aspects of Incubeta’s global people strategy, from attracting top talent to advancing career growth and ensuring an exceptional employee experience. Her primary objective will be to create a culture that not only drives satisfaction and engagement but also empowers employees.
She will focus on enhancing the employee journey by ensuring a positive experience from onboarding to development, recognition and retention, and cultivate a work environment that embraces talent across the world.
With 25 years of HR experience across multiple industries and regions, Shirley will play a role in strengthening the agency’s work environment to further solidify its position as an employer of choice and ensuring that it not only attracts top talent but also nurtures a workforce that thrives in a performance-driven, future-focused environment.
Her career spans global roles across Europe, North America, South Africa, and the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, where she successfully led HR teams through periods of growth and transformation. She previosuly held the role of Wunderman Thompson’s APAC chief people officer, overseeing a team of 50 within an organisation of 4,000 employees.
