Financial markets software and advisory firm LPA has hired Katrin Becker-Oligmueller (pictured) as global head of human resources to help drive its people agenda and advance its talent strategy.
Based in the business' headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany, Becker-Oligmueller will be responsible for leading its global HR function, including hiring, retaining, training and investing in employees, as well as helping to further drive its commitment to diversity.
She joined the firm having held roles at Radisson Hotel Group, Innocean Worldwide Europe and Sodexo.
Becker-Oligmueller said: “I am thrilled to join LPA at such an exciting time, and I look forward to advancing its talent strategy.
