“Managing a global workforce is an essential ingredient to our success. As we continue our growth, [Hanson's] extensive global experience, clear vision, and strong leadership skills will help us attract, grow, and provide a career-defining experience to our team members,” he said.
Hanson added: “A world-class customer experience is the result of a world-class employee experience. I look forward to empowering employees, supporting the organisation’s inclusive, meaningful, and positive work environment, and attracting best in-class talent.”
