Employee Benefits Connect will return on 1 March 2017 to provide delegates with the opportunity to learn more about the latest innovations in the industry and discuss the future of reward.

The one-day event will feature a six-stream conference programme and a selection of roundtables for industry debate, which will focus on future trends and challenges facing HR, benefits and compensation professionals.

The conference streams will examine key topics impacting employee benefits strategies, including: data analytics; talent management; holistic wellbeing; technology and innovation; employee engagement; driving performance.

The conference sessions will be led by industry experts, such as Gareth Ashley-Jones, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) benefits manager at Wells Fargo, who will explain how to future proof global benefits technology strategies, and Henk Verhoek, group head of reward at Low and Bonar, who will examine how gender pay reporting can serve to address the underlying drivers in a business.

The roundtable sessions will enable attendees to have their say on industry challenges and share best practice with peers. These will focus on a range of subjects, such as how to break the taboos around mental health in the workplace, how to financially empower staff, and how augmented reality could transform the employee experience.

Delegates can also network with leading providers on the busy exhibition floor to gain insight into the latest products and services on the market, and ensure that their benefits strategies remain fit for the future.

Employee Benefits Connect 2017 will take place on Wednesday 1 March at Park Plaza, London.
