Finastra, a global provider of financial software applications and marketplaces, has appointed Helen Cook (pictured) as chief people officer.
Based at Finastra’s headquarters in Paddington, Cook will be a member of the executive leadership team and report to chief executive officer Simon Paris.
She was recruited to the role in order to take responsibility for global people strategy, and help advance the business’ aspiration to be an inclusive and diverse employer.
Cook previously worked at Natwest Group, where she was chief human resources officer and a member of the executive team. Her career, which has spanned more than 25 years, has also included roles at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley.
