Optical retail chain Vision Express has rolled out financial wellbeing support to its UK employees.
Through a partnership with workplace finance provider Stream, Vision Express staff will be able to access a range of fair, inclusive financial tools aimed at supporting financial education and security.
The platform will be integrated into existing HR and payroll systems and includes flexible access to pay, personalised education, the ability to track shifts and earnings, and budget in real-time using open banking.
Vision Express staff will also be able to save directly from their salary into an easily accessible, high-interest savings account, and access affordable credit with low, competitive interest rates.
For its retail employees working variable shift patterns and navigating variable incomes, this support will provide greater visibility and control over finances to help better manage income volatility and plan with confidence.
As the latest addition to Vision Express’ reward package, the partnership will support greater visibility over day-to-day money management and long-term financial planning for employees by embedding streamlined financial tools into the workplace.
Vision Express stated that it recognises its employees as the driving force of its success. By embedding financial wellbeing into its employee offering, it is moving beyond traditional benefits to provide practical tools designed to help build financial resilience for the future.
Dawn Price, HR director at Vision Express, said: “Our employees are at the heart of Vision Express, and supporting their wellbeing is a priority for us. Financial confidence plays a vital role in overall wellbeing, and we’re excited to introduce Stream’s Workplace Finance platform to offer our teams better access to practical tools that help them better understand and manage their money to work towards their financial goals.”
