Integrated real estate business Lendlease has launched financial wellbeing support for its 900 employees to help with their financial education.

The platform, which is provided by Bippit, offers the employer’s staff access to professional coaches with Financial Conduct Authority-recognised qualifications, which are unlimited, and free at the point of use for all employees, targeted learning resources, and interactive workshops on subjects such as pensions, protection and budgeting.

Lendlease employees will also be able to take advantage of personalised money management plans to help them and their households make the most of their salary and total reward package.

The aim of the financial wellbeing support is to enable better outcomes for its employees, regardless of their background or life stage.

Mark Greenwald, wellbeing manager, Europe at Lendlease, said: “Financial wellbeing is a taboo we never really cracked outside of retirement, we need more conversations and engagement with the tools available to us and in the hyper-personalised world we live in the best way we can do that is to ensure we make our support relevant to the individual. Through Bippit we can offer one-to-one coaching, and a joined-up approach that ensures all employees are supported in a way that really speaks to them, no matter where they are on their journey to financial wellbeing.”

Other benefits that Lendlease offers include private medical insurance for staff and their dependants, cancer screening and health assessments for eligible employees, a bikes-for-work scheme, gym membership, dental and critical illness insurance, a 24/7 virtual GP and employee assistance programme, mental health first aiders, and enhanced family and wellbeing leave policies.
