The deadline for the Employee Benefits Awards 2021 has been extended for the final time to 5pm on Tuesday 8 June, giving HR, reward and benefits professionals one very last chance to enter and win recognition for their achievements at the industry’s most prestigious event of the year.
Now in its 19th year, the awards will once again be celebrating excellence, rewarding those organisations, individuals and teams that have, through innovation and best practice, made a significant difference within the industry.
This year's awards will introduce some exciting new categories, as well as reprising old favourites. The categories open for entry include: Best Benefits Communications - Small Employer, Best Financial Wellbeing Strategy - Small Employer and Best Healthcare and Wellbeing Benefits - Small Employer, as well as Best Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives.
One of our newest awards, Best Supplier to Work For, is open to internal HR teams of employee benefits providers and suppliers to enter. Other categories include Benefits Professional of the Year, HR or Benefits Team of the Year, Best Benefits to Support Work-Life Balance and Best Mental Health Strategy. In addition, to recognise the incredible achievements this industry has made during a very challenging year, there is the category of Best Benefits to Support Employees During the Pandemic.
Entries are open to in-house HR, reward and benefits professionals, teams and departments from any type of organisation operating outside the employee benefits space. Suppliers can enter themselves into Best Supplier to Work For and their clients into all other categories.
Nominations for the Employee Benefits Professional of the Year award can be sent to eb.editorial@employeebenefits.co.uk. Don’t miss this last chance to submit your entry. All submissions must be received by 5pm on Tuesday 8 June to give your organisation the chance to be recognised for its successes in the field of employee benefits.
This high-profile event, to be held at City Central, within the grounds of the Honorable Artillery Company (HAC) in London, on Friday 19 November 2021, also gives the industry the chance to get together to celebrate the cream of the profession, mingle with the highest achievers and the trendsetters of the industry and have fun with peers and colleagues.
