EXCLUSIVE: Laura Jackson (pictured), physical wellbeing manager at computer software firm Adobe, has been announced as one of the participants in a panel discussion about menopause, fertility and pregnancy at Employee Benefits Live 2022.
The panel, Menopause and fertility in the workplace, is sponsored by Peppy Health, and will be part of the conference’s menopause, fertility and pregnancy stream. It will take place in Theatre Four at 11am on Thursday 6 October. Other panellists include Debra Gardner, head of HR and ESG at surveying services business LSL Property Services, and Jacqui Elsden, president of the British Association of Dental Nurses.
During the session, the panellists will share practical learnings from their own experiences, such as why reproductive health support should be offered through the workplace and what employers can do for their staff regarding this.
Jackson said: “In this session, I will be discussing and covering why women’s health is important as part of a strategic benefits offering, and how listening to employees as well as having a holistic partnership with key stakeholders can progress success of benefit engagement and meeting employee needs.”
She added that she hopes delegates attending the panel discussion will take away the idea that benefits and wellbeing teams cannot address menopause, fertility and pregnancy issues alone, and that stakeholder partnerships are key to this.
Employee Benefits Live 2022 will take place on Wednesday 5 and Thursday 6 October 2022 at ExCeL London.
