Employee Benefits Awards 2023

EXCLUSIVE: A public sector organisation that has implemented a successful benefits package has the chance to enter a dedicated award category at the Employee Benefits Awards 2023.

Eligible employers will cover public goods or government services, such as law enforcement, the military, infrastructure, public transport, public education, healthcare and government organisations. Third sector and non-profit organisations cannot enter.

The judges will look at the steps taken to implement a benefits initiative, including thought-through strategies and objectives, innovation, and quantifiable, measurable results.

This could include introducing support to help employees through the cost-of-living crisis, offering financial wellbeing initiatives, adapting benefits to meet the needs of a flexible or hybrid-working model, introducing health and wellbeing initiatives, launching or expanding an employee discounts or voluntary benefits scheme, introducing or extending benefits to support working parents or carers, supporting mental wellbeing, enhancing diversity and inclusion initiatives, and introducing or revamping a motivation or recognition scheme.

Now in its 21st year, the Employee Benefits Awards celebrates organisations, teams and individuals in the reward, benefits and HR community that have made a significant difference through their reward and benefits strategies in 2022.

Set to take place on Friday 23 June 2023 at the HAC London, the awards comprise 23 categories, including pensions, mental health, motivational benefits and financial wellbeing. The final deadline is Friday 10 February.

The winners for 2023 will be announced at the must-attend event for HR professionals, giving entrants and industry professionals the opportunity to network and celebrate best practice and innovation.
