As an organisation that prides itself on being a people business, our team are at the very heart of everything we do. It is, therefore, great to see our commitment to building a world-class employee culture and a happy, thriving workplace being recognised and rewarded in such a big way.”
Nancy Cooper, global editor in chief at Newsweek, added: “As workplaces continue to shift, it’s clearer than ever that fostering collaboration, embracing a positive outlook, and aligning values are essential. The employers on the list show us that by championing respect and team-oriented outcomes, they’re not just building great workplaces, they’re shaping a brighter future for all.”
Louis Carter, founder and chief executive officer at BPI and Most Loved Workplace, said: “When employers set up employees to succeed, the entire organisation thrives. This year’s Top Most Loved Workplaces show that fostering love of the workplace isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s a key driver of performance and retention.”
