Conference sessions for Employee Benefits Live 2024, which will be held at ExCeL London, are now open for booking.
As Europe’s largest dedicated reward and benefits event for the HR and reward industry, the event will take place on Tuesday 8 and Wednesday 9 October. The programme offers valuable insights to address the challenges facing organisations’ HR, people, and reward strategies.
Delegates will have the opportunity to attend more than 28 sessions across the two days, where they can pick up valuable practical advice, inspiration, and top tips. Across multiple streams focusing on HR and benefits strategy, engagement, motivation and recognition, and cost-effective benefits, among others, the sessions will include four keynotes and a range of expert speakers from leading employers.
The keynote sessions on Tuesday 8 October will be presented by Karen Blackett, former president at WPP and Janet McKenzie, group head of reward at Merlin Entertainments (pictured above), while Wednesday 9 October will see keynotes from Olympian and broadcaster Mark Foster, and Natalie Jutla, employee benefits and employee financial wellbeing lead at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).
Meanwhile, other sessions will feature speakers from Natwest, Rio Tinto, Travis Perkins, Wolseley, Channel 4 and many more. These will focus on key topics across a range of areas, such as sustainable reward, financial wellbeing, menopause, fertility and pregnancy, mental health resilience, and healthcare and wellbeing.
In order to reserve a seat at any of the sessions, delegates should register for their visitor pass beforehand to gain priority access to the sessions booking portal. Those who have already registered will receive a priority booking email.
