DeepL, a global specialist in language artificial intelligence, has appointed Sally Sourbron chief people officer in order to bring additional experience and leadership to the team.

With a track record of developing effective people strategies, enhancing employee experiences, and driving cultural change, Sourbron will be leading DeepL’s people and culture team as it aims to scale globally and create exceptional experiences for its employees.

Her leadership will play a crucial role in continuing to shape the employer’s organisational culture, fostering an environment conducive to business growth and innovation.

Sourbron has a wealth of experience and expertise in people strategies and culture-building from previous roles at TravelPerk, ServiceNow, Salesforce and General Electric.
