Could HR and Reward make better use of behavioural data?

Gethin Nadin, Director, Employee Wellbeing, Benefex

Recent research from Benefex shows that employers and employees alike are frustrated with the inability of organisations to use data to improve the employee experience at work.

Behavioural science is one way to get a view of people’s motivations, needs and drivers, beyond employee surveys and previous benefits selections.

In this interactive session, I return for a new year of Wellbeing Wednesdays, with Francisco Reyes Pereira, Founder of Behave4. We discuss some of the ways organisations are using behavioural science to better understand their employees’; and some of the potential challenges that the new age of data brings with it.
