City and Guilds celebrated international ideas week in May as part of its staff innovation scheme.
The vocational education body ran events and activities for staff as part of its iFactor initiative, which included opportunities to take part in a quiz, submit ideas and learn more about innovation.
City and Guilds worked with the Best Practice Club on ways to keep its innovation scheme fresh.
Employees receive a financial reward at different stages of the scheme, including retail vouchers up to the value of £200.
Mark Hammond, group head of learning and development, said: “In a cost-focused environment, this brings immense benefits to the individual."
