best places to work

Pharmaceutical firms Takeda and Bristol-Myers Squibb and fast food chain McDonald’s have been named among the top 25 best places to work in Europe for 2023 by Best Places to Work.

The international certification programme recognises employers across the world using workplace culture assessments and a global database of more than 25 million employees. Every year, the programme partners with more than 500 organisations across different industries in Europe to help them measure, benchmark and improve their HR practices and access to the tools and expertise to deliver effective and sustainable change.

To be considered for the list, employers must be identified as outstanding in at least in one European country. According to Best Places to Work, the top 25 employers this year demonstrated a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, with more than 95% of employees stating that individual differences do not affect the way people are treated within their organisations.
