Employee Benefits Live 2020, which was due to take place on 6-7 October 2020, has been postponed until 2021 due to the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.
The event, in its 22nd year, will now take place Tuesday 12 October and Wednesday 13 October 2021 at ExCeL London.
The difficult decision was based on feedback from customers such as exhibitors, visitors, and speakers, as well as ongoing concerns around local lockdown restrictions.
Helen Curl, event director, said: “We know that Employee Benefits Live is a popular date in the industry’s calendar and this is disappointing news for everyone. However, having gathered the thoughts of 500 plus customers, there is widespread agreement that this is the right thing to do.
“We love events of all kinds for the way they support career-long learning, create valuable connections and strengthen sales relationships. We are not staying idle and please look out for exciting announcements about new projects in the coming weeks.”
Following the postponement of Employee Benefits Live 2020, a new series of virtual events will be launched in the coming weeks in order to provide HR, reward and benefits professionals with content around key issues, strategies and solutions as organisations adapt to the 'new normal'.
