Baker Tilly appoints chief people officer

Baker Tilly chief people officer Advisory, tax and assurance firm Baker Tilly has appointed Amy Ward as chief people officer to its senior leadership team as of this month.

In the role, Ward will help to enhance Baker Tilly’s culture, ensuring it continues to attract and retain top talent while fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment. She will also be involved with its commitment to operational excellence and a purpose-driven culture as part of its growth trajectory.

Ward has extensive experience in human capital strategy, most recently as chief human resources officer at MUFG Union Bank, part of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, where she led initiatives in culture development, talent management, diversity and organisational effectiveness.

She has also worked at MUFG Union Bank and spent nearly 20 years at PNC Financial Services Group, where she held various leadership roles that focused on change management, organisational structuring, learning and organisational development.
