AWD Chase de Vere, the corporate advisers, achieved the highest overall score and was awarded the prestigious triple ‘e’ rating in the inaugural Corporate Adviser Benefit Platform Survey.

The survey is believed to be the most exhaustive study of employee benefits technology propositions ever carried out in the UK.

AWD Chase de Vere, which delivers employee benefits and communications advice to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) across the UK, recorded the strongest set of marks overall.

Its key strengths were found to be in the areas covering general information, benefits promotion, scheme setup, joiners and leavers, behavioural finance and MI, and general reports (where they finished first overall).

This was supported by second places in HR functionality, implementation and training and platform service availability.

Sean McSweeney, principal corporate consultant, AWD Chase de Vere, said: “With many businesses continuing to feel tight pressures on profitability and margins, it has never been more important for SMEs to be able to articulate the full value of benefits to their employees.

“By combining traditional communication methods with new advances in technology we can, as evidenced by this comprehensive research, provide cost effective solutions for employers to achieve this.”
