Alexander Forbes has teamed up with Staffcare to use its benefits communication and administration software, as part of a new strategic partnership.
The benefits administration software will be used as part of Alexander Forbes’ new benefits offering which is set to be launched over the coming weeks.
It will offer a suite of online tools designed to help employers with benefits communication, auto-enrolment and administration.
Steve Watson, head of defined contribution at Alexander Forbes, said: “We have very strong views on how we wish to service employers and their scheme members, during and post-employment, and we needed a software platform that had the flexibility to accommodate our vision.
“We have been delivering an online platform for pension enrolment for the last few years but wanted to extend the functionality to enhance the user experience for scheme members and to equip employers with suitable tools to support them with day-to-day management and reporting of their schemes.”
