10: Interactive: People Moves: Smithson now group head of HR at Hill

Clare Smithson has joined housebuilding organisation Hill as group head of human resources (HR).

In this role, she will implement Hills’ new HR strategy, as well as developing its existing framework for employee recognition, reward and training.
