Gareth Ashley-Jones has taken up the role of Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA) benefits manager at banking firm Wells Fargo.
He is responsible for all aspects of the organisation’s pension, benefit and wellbeing programmes including governance, plan design, management and budgeting.
Ashley-Jones was previously director of AJ Consultancy Services, benefits director EMEA at Barclays Bank, head of flexible benefits at Aon Consulting, and employee benefits manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
