Zenith has extended its employee wellbeing programme with lunchtime seminars for employees.
The seminars will cover a range of topics, including stress awareness, building resilience, positive thinking, and the link between nutrition and mental health.
The fleet management organisation, which has 210 employees, has added the seminars to its package of wellbeing benefits, such as an online health portal with personalised tips on maintaining a healthy work-life balance and weekly yoga classes.
Zenith also offers a social calendar for staff, including a breakfast club, regular bowling events and themed parties.
Marisa Jerrison, head of HR and development at Zenith, said: “Our wellbeing programme has grown with the organisation and aims to help all our employees get the best out of their personal and professional lives.
“It forms part of our investment in our people, ensuring that Zenith is a great place to work, our employees are well looked after and they are happy and motivated.”
