Virgin Experience Days has launched a mobile version of its website which employers can offer to staff through their motivation and incentive schemes.

The site also links to global positioning system (GPS) technology enabling users to check the distance from their location to experiences and activities they are interested in.

Chris Smith, marketing director for Acorne, the brand owners of Virgin Experience Days, said: “Today consumers are usually within arms reach of mobile technology and a growing percentage of the population use their mobile to access the internet.

“We identified the strong growth in customers accessing Virgin Experience Days’ website via mobile technology and designed this new platform to ensure they can easily access our website to browse, research and buy experiences while still receiving all the information they need.”
