Trader Media Group has extended its payroll services for its employees in Ireland.
The publisher of automotive titles has 1,700 employees, 1,400 of which are in the UK.
It rolled out the service, which is provided by Ceridian UK, for its UK staff in 2010.
Joanne Walker, human resources director at the Trader Media Group, said: “Our HR business partner (HRBP) model is now well embedded across our organisation and I believe that is down to three key elements: having the right people in HRBP roles, providing centres of excellence (resourcing, payroll and reward) and underpinning this with great technology.”
David Woodward, chief product and innovation officer at Ceridian UK, added: “Trader Media Group is really proactive and forward-thinking when it comes to HR.
“It now enjoys a web-delivered HR portal across its business with a fully integrated HR suite of software.”
