Last year, Bank of America scooped the award due to its evolving health and wellbeing strategy established in response to a changing marketplace and employee needs. It introduced new inclusive benefits and worked to drive increases in engagement and preventative care, while taking steps to further promote a positive culture of mental health.
A Bank of America spokesperson said: “The team had a challenging time post-Covid-19, and they’ve come out of that having worked exceptionally hard and tried to make a difference. Recognition for what we do is wonderful, it validates the work we’re doing and keeps motivating us to go the extra mile. We have a good healthcare plan, so it’s great to see this recognised.”
The Employee Benefits Awards, now in its 23rd year, is the event of the year for the reward, benefits and HR industry, providing the opportunity to recognise and celebrate those driving excellence through their reward and benefits strategies.
The daytime event, which will be held at the Honourable Artillery Company, London on Friday 27 June, includes a drinks reception, three-course meal, entertainment and the chance to network with industry professionals.
