
AI customer experience transformation firm Sabio Group has hired Katherine Watkins as its new chief people officer, joining its operating board as part of its global growth strategy.
Watkins will lead Sabio’s global people agenda, championing talent development, elevating organisational culture and ensuring it stands out as an employer of choice as the group scales worldwide.
She is a HR leader with a record of driving transformational people strategies across global, regulated and high-growth environments. She has experience in FCA-regulated sectors and across accountancy, insurance, B2B start-ups, banking, and the armed forces.
The appointment is part of Sabio’s commitment to driving commercial excellence and fostering a people-first culture, while also meeting challenges and opportunities presented by advances in AI and digital transformation.
